CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR INTERNATIONAL
Mr R H Naisby, Director International, has elected to take early retirement from
the Company with effect from 01 December 2004.
As detailed in Item 2.4 of the Notice to Shareholders of the Annual General
Meeting of shareholders to be held at 12:30 on 08 December 2004, at 263 Oxford
Road, Illovo, Johannesburg, Mr Naisby will retire as a director of the Board on
that date.
Pursuant to his decision to take early retirement from the Company, Mr Naisby
will not be offering himself for re-election as a director. Mr Naisby will
accordingly serve as a non-executive director for the period 01 December 2004 to
08 December 2004.
