SPECIFIC REPURCHASE OF SEARDEL `N` SHARES: RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 16 November 2004 and the
circular to shareholders dated 10 November 2004 in relation to the repurchase by
Seardel of 9,374,251 of its `N` shares from Corpcapital Investments
(Proprietary) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Corpcapital Limited (the
`transaction`).
Java Capital is authorised to announce that at the general meeting of Seardel
held on Wednesday, 1 December 2004, the relevant special and ordinary
resolutions required to give effect to the transaction were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
