POSTING OF THE CIRCULAR REGARDING THE GOLDEN ACRE CENTRE ACQUISITION
Paraprop linked unit holders are referred to the announcement dated 4 October
2004 regarding the Golden Acre Centre acquisition (`the acquisition`) and are
advised that the circular containing full details of the acquisition (`the
circular`) has been posted today.
The announcement dated 4 October 2004 mentioned that the financial effects of
the acquisition would be provided in a further announcement that would be issued
in due course. The acquisition does not have a material effect on Paraprop`s
earnings, headline earnings and net asset value per linked unit and information
in this regard will therefore not be published and has not been included in the
circular.
