POSTING OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the audited results announcement, which was published on 6th
September 2004 (`the published results`), shareholders are advised that the
Annual Financial Statements of the company were posted to shareholders today
Wednesday, 8th December 2004. The Annual Financial Statements contain no
modification to the published results.
Shareholders are further advised that the Annual General Meeting of the company
will be held at 12H00 on Wednesday 23rd February 2005 at the registered office
of the company in the boardroom, 6th floor, Relyant House, 131 Van Beek Street,
Ellis Park, Johannesburg. The notice of the meeting is contained in the
abovementioned Annual Financial Statements.
The auditor`s report is available for inspection at the company`s registered
office.
