CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa Listings
Requirements, in respect of a change to the Board of Directors of a listed
company, notification is given that Mr Paul Leaf-Wright and Mr Royden Du Plooy,
have resigned as SAIL`s non-executive directors with immediate effect.
Shareholders are further advised that Mr Peter Liddiard and Mr Vinesh Dhanraj
have been appointed non-executive and executive directors respectively with
immediate effect.
