SECURING OF PAM GOLDING FRANCHISES
ABC is pleased to inform shareholders that the Company has been awarded two
franchises by the Pam Golding Property Group (`Pam Golding`). These two
franchises have been awarded as part of Pam Golding`s empowerment drive and are
geared for targeting the emerging township markets. The two areas awarded to ABC
are the Greater Tembisa region and the Mamelodi region. This opportunity will
further entrench ABC`s position in the incremental housing finance market and
will also enable the company to participate in the mortgage origination market
with a primary focus on the emerging market. It is expected that the two
franchise offices will be operational early in 2005.
