Listings Requirements, shareholders of Set Point are advised that the audited
annual financial statements of the company for the financial year ended 31
August 2004 were posted to shareholders on 29 November 2004. The company has not
published an abridged report at this date as the audited financial information
published on 1 November 2004 is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Set Point shareholders
will be held in the company`s board room, at 30 Electron Avenue, Isando on
Thursday, 3 February 2005 at 09h00 to transact business as stated in the notices
of annual general meeting circulated together with the annual financial
statements.
