1. Introduction
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 17 November 2004 relating to
the change of name of the Company to African Dawn Capital Limited (`name
change`).
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting held today, Friday 10
December 2004, the requisite majority of shareholders passed the resolution to
approve the name change.
Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed to African Dawn Capital
Limited, with an abbreviated name AfDawn, short code ADW and ISIN ZAE 000060703,
from commencement of business on Friday, 24 December 2004.
