FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 6 September 2004, shareholders are
advised that All Joy is finalising an agreement that involves the issue of new
All Joy shares for cash, which if successfully concluded, may have an effect on
the price at which All Joy`s securities trade on the JSE Securities Exchange
South Africa. Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is
made.
