With regard to the reviewed results for the year ended 30 September 2004,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
distributed to shareholders on 14 December 2004 and contain no modifications to
the reviewed results which were published on SENS on 16 November 2004.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 91st annual general meeting of ordinary
shareholders will be held in the Reunert boardroom, Lincoln Wood Office Park, 6-
10 Woodlands Drive, Woodmead, Sandton on Monday 7 February 2005 at 10h00 to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming
part of the annual financial statements.
