RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR AND A COMPANY SECRETARY
LPC Manhattan Sponsors (Pty) Limited is authorised to announce, in compliance
with the JSE Securities Exchange Listings Requirements, that Varsha Singh has
resigned from the Board of Exxoteq with immediate effect.
Further that AJ van Coller has resigned as a company secretary and legal counsel
with effect from 31st January 2005.
The Board of Directors of Exxoteq would like to thank the two directors for the
contribution they made in the company.
