CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Listings Requirements in respect of a change to the Board of Directors, Sycom
unitholders are informed that Mr Matingi James Ngobeni has been appointed as non
executive director to the Board of Sycom Property Fund Managers Limited, the
management company of Sycom with immediate effect.
