Changes to the Board
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Mvela
Resources would like announce the following changes to the board of directors
with effect from 31 December 2004.
Nthobi Angel is to leave her position as CEO of Mvelaphanda Resources Limited at
the end of December 2004.
The move is as a result of a consolidation of the assets of Mvelaphanda Holdings
(Pty) Limited and Rebserve which has resulted in the formation of the new
Mvelaphanda Group.
Mrs Angel, who was seconded to Mvelaphanda Resources Limited earlier this year,
remains a non executive director on the Mvelaphanda Resources Limited board.
Mr Pine Pienaar, an executive of Mvelaphanda Resources Limited will be acting
CEO.
