Interim dividend payment
The Board of Ispat Iscor today approved an interim dividend payment of R 3.00
per share based on the performance of the Company for the first nine months of
the financial year 2004.
Payment in South African rands will be made on Monday, 10 January 2005 to
shareholders recorded on the register on Friday, 7 January 2005. The last day to
trade to qualify for the dividend will be Friday, 31 December 2004. Shares will
trade ex-dividend from Monday, 3 January 2005 and the record date will be
Friday, 7 January 2005. Shares may not be dematerialised or rematerialised
between Monday, 3 January 2005 and Friday, 7 January 2005, both days inclusive.
Dividend entitlements of less than R10,00 will be donated to charity in terms of
the articles of association of the Company.
