Grintek shareholders are referred to the cautionary-dated 9 November 2004, which
stated that SAAB SA was considering making an offer to acquire Grintek shares.
To date, the board of directors of Grintek has received no offer from SAAB SA.
Grintek shareholders are therefore advised to continue to exercise caution in
their shares until a further announcement is made.
