Resignation of director
Harmony today announced the resignation of one of its executive directors
Mangisi Gule from the company`s board of directors. He resigned as a director of
Harmony following his appointment as an executive director of African Rainbow
Minerals Limited, one of Harmony`s largest shareholders.
Mangisi has served on Harmony`s board as an executive director since the merger
ARMGold Limited and Harmony in September 2003.
