CHANGE OF DATE FOR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of AVASA, scheduled for
Monday, 10 January 2005 will now be held immediately following the general
meeting to be held at 10:00 on Tuesday, 1 February 2005, which general meeting
is to be called in terms of the notice of meeting to be incorporated in the
circular to AVASA shareholders to be dated 3 January 2005.
A revised notice of annual general meeting, containing the new date, will be
sent to shareholders.
