Announcement to shareholders
With regard to the action instituted by Lappeman Diamond Cutting Works (Pty)
Limited against the MIB Group (Pty) Limited in 1994 and later against Glenrand
MIB Limited, Glenrand MIB Limited are pleased to announce that the matter has
been finally settled and that Lappeman Diamond Cutting Works (Pty) Limited has
withdrawn its action. In terms of the settlement agreement neither party was,
inter alia, required to effect any payment of monies. This concludes the matter
that has been reported upon in the financial statements of Glenrand MIB Limited
over the past number of years.
