Dr SM Gounden and Ms N Mtshotshisa were appointed directors of Grindrod Limited
with effect from 21 December 2004.
Dr Sivi Gounden is Chairman and CEO of Bateman BV, a global process engineering
company, responsible for its operations worldwide. He is also a director of
numerous South African companies including Anglo American South Africa.
Ms Nomazizi Mtshotshisa is Chairman of Telkom SA Ltd and also Chairman /
Director of several other companies which include Mvelaphanda Resources.
