RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING AND SALIENT DATES
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published in the press on 18
November 2004 and the circular posted to shareholders on 19 November 2004
relating to proposals, inter alia, to change the name of Annuity to Calulo
Property Fund Limited (`Calulo`).
At the general meeting held today, all resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority and the special resolutions have been lodged with the Registrar of
Companies for registration.
The short name for the company following the name change will be Calulo, its
alpha code on the SETS trading system will be `CLO` and its ISIN code will be
`ZAE000060711`. Please note that the ISIN code was incorrectly reflected in the
circular to shareholders as ZAE000060771.
Shareholders are reminded of the following remaining salient dates:
Last day to trade in Annuity linked Friday, 23 December 2004
units under the old name
Trading under the new name Calulo Friday, 24 December 2004
commences on
Record date Friday, 31 December 2004
Holders of dematerialised Calulo Monday, 3 January 2005
linked units will have their accounts
at their CSDP or broker updated on
New linked unit certificates mailed by Monday, 3 January 2005
registered post to holders of
certificated linked units who have
surrendered their existing linked unit

surrender before 12:00 on the record

It must be noted that Annuity linked unit certificates may not be dematerialised
or rematerialised after Thursday, 23 December 2004 and dematerialisations and
rematerialisations of new Calulo linked units will be permitted from Monday, 3
January 2005.
