Because of ill health, Mr R J Barlow, the financial director of the company, has
for some time been considering taking early retirement and has now decided to do
so with effect from 1 January 2005. This will enable him to spend more time with
his family. The company wishes Mr Barlow well in his retirement and thanks him
for his contribution in the past.
