NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF CLAUSE 3.59 OF THE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South
Africa, the company advises that:
- Mr A P Faure (who has served as an independent, non executive director
since the listing of the company) has advised the company that he has retired as
a director with effect from 3 January 2005;
- The board of directors of Peregrine has nominated Bernard Clive Beaver,
formerly a partner at Deloitte & Touche, as an independent, non executive
director of Peregrine with effect from 3 January 2005, which nomination and
subsequent appointment will be subject to shareholder approval at the annual
general meeting of the company to be held in or about September 2005.
