DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS
Further to the JSE announcement concerning the suspension of the company`s
listing, shareholders are advised that the holdup in the publication of the
annual financial statements is due to administrative delays at the Registrar of
Companies` office related to the restructuring and refocusing of the group.
Shareholders are assured that the situation is receiving urgent attention and is
expected to be resolved imminently.
