Audited results
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
30 September 2004 will be dispatched to shareholders today, 7 January 2005 and
contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on 16
November 2003.
The audited results of the Company as referred to above and the annual financial
statements were audited by the Company`s auditors, KPMG Inc. and their report is
available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 31st annual general meeting of the Company`s
shareholders will be held in the boardroom at Coronation House, Boundary
Terraces, 1 Mariendahl Lane, Newlands, Cape Town on Wednesday, 2 February 2005
at 10h00 to transact businesses as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting forming part of the annual financial statements.
