BONATLA - CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement erroneously released on SENS
yesterday, 12 January 2005 under the name of Fairvest Property Holdings Limited
and are advised that the following announcement is the correct announcement.
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board of directors of
Bonatla:
Messrs S Meltzer and BJ van der Ross have resigned as directors with immediate
effect and Mr A Platt and Mrs H Dudley have been appointed to the board as non-
executive directors, also with immediate effect.
