Further to the cautionary announcements dated 5 July 2004, 1 September 2004 and
2 November 2004, advising shareholders that Yorkcor had reached agreement-in-
principle to acquire a forestry asset in line with management`s growth strategy,
shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
