RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
The board of directors is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed 
at the annual general meeting held on Thursday, 13 January 2005, were approved. 
Shareholders are reminded that the special resolution granting the company a    
general authority to repurchase securities was withdrawn prior to the meeting   
and accordingly not put to the vote.
