REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the first annual general meeting of the shareholders of BCX held on 13
January 2005, the requisite majority of shareholders approved the resolutions
proposed at the meeting other than ordinary resolution 1 relating to the placing
of unissued shares under the control of the directors, which was accordingly
withdrawn at the meeting.
