CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Mr Mark Rousseau has been appointed as a director of DigiCore with effect from 3
January 2005. Mr Rousseau is the managing director of DigiCore Fleet Management
(Pty) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DigiCore.
Mr U Khumalo has resigned as a non-executive director, effective 31 January
2005, as a result of his resignation from the IDC, which he represented on the
board of DigiCore.
