CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
Listings Requirements, in respect of a change to the Board of Directors, GRCR
shareholders are informed that Mr Josef Leutgeb (with Mr Robert Vierziger having
been appointed as his alternate) has been appointed as a non-executive director
of the company with effect from today.
Mr Leutgeb, who is based in Austria, holds a Masters Degree in Business
Administration and is currently an executive director of Casinos Austria
International Holding GmbH and the Chief Financial Officer of the Casinos
Austria Group.
