TRADING STATEMENT
A review of the financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2004
by management has indicated that the headline earnings per share of Brandcorp
will be between 27.5% and 32.5% higher than the previous interim period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
Brandcorp`s interim results are expected to be published on or about 16 February
2005.
