RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed :
Pursuant to the implementation of the acquisition by Steinhoff International
Holdings Limited or its nominee of the 34 216 680 shares in Unitrans held by
Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited (`M&R`), Messrs B C Bruce and R W Rees (both
of whom are directors of M&R) have resigned as non-executive directors of
Unitrans with immediate effect.
