Lonfin has notified the London Stock Exchange in terms of its rules and
regulations that a major shareholder, Exeter Financials Fund Limited, disposed
of 250 000 Lonfin ordinary shares during the periods 6, 7 and 19 January 2005
reducing their holding in Lonfin to 775 000 ordinary shares (being 2.96% of
issued shares).
