Renewal of cautionary announcement
Further to the cautionary announcements, the most recent dated 13 December 2004,
relating to the offer by Business Venture Investments No. 790 (Proprietary)
Limited to acquire all of the issued shares in the share capital of Afrox
Healthcare Limited (`Ahealth`), holders of ordinary and `N` ordinary Brimstone
shares (`shareholders`) are referred to the announcement made by Ahealth on SENS
today where shareholders of Ahealth are advised that the date on or before
which Competition Tribunal approval is required has been extended to 31 March
2005.
Shareholders are further advised that the other negotiations referred to in the
cautionary announcement, dated 1 November 2004, are still in progress which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the company`s
ordinary and `N` ordinary shares.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until further announcements are made.
