RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Further to the cautionary announcement, dated 1 November 2004, relating to the
offer by Business Venture Investments No. 790 (Proprietary) Limited (`the bid
company`) to acquire all of the issued shares in the share capital of Ahealth,
holders of ordinary and `N` ordinary Brimstone shares (`shareholders`) are
advised that discussions are still in progress regarding Brimstone`s
participation in the bid company.
Shareholders are further advised that the other negotiations referred to in the
cautionary announcement, dated 1 November 2004, are still in progress which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the company`s
ordinary and `N` ordinary shares.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until further announcements are made.
