CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CHANGE IN DUTIES OF DIRECTORS
Invicta regrets to announce that due to health considerations, Mr Michael Rose-
Innes has requested to be relieved of his duties as chairman. Consequently, Dr C
H Wiese, currently a non-executive director, will take over as chairman of the
group. Mr Rose-Innes will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
These changes take effect immediately. The rest of the board remains unchanged.
The board of directors wishes to express its sincere appreciation to Mr Rose-
Innes for his invaluable contribution to the group over the past 14 years, and
wishes him a speedy and complete recovery.
