CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, shareholders are advised that:
- the following directors have resigned with immediate effect:
R Biesheuvel (Chief Executive Officer);
M Ramollo (non-executive director);
H Ndude (non-executive director);
VI Zwane (non-executive director); and
PP Mashabela (non-executive director);
- the following persons have been appointed to the board of directors with
immediate effect:
S Levitt (non-executive director); and
A Hugo (non-executive director).
- Mr WS Yeowart, previously the non-executive chairman of the board of directors
Moribo, has been appointed as executive chairman.
With immediate effect, the board of directors of Moribo will thus be constituted
as follows:
WS Yeowart (executive chairman);
M Lutrin (non-executive director);
KN Michael (non-executive director);
A Norman (non-executive director);
EP Rechter (non-executive director)(Israeli);
S Levitt (non-executive director); and
A Hugo (non-executive director).
