Renewal of cautionary announcement
Further to the announcement dated 17 December 2004, relating to the increase in
HCI`s interest in the Tsogo Group (`the acquisition`), HCI shareholders are
advised that discussions with the Securities Regulation Panel (`SRP`) regarding
the acquisition have taken place and continue to take place. HCI hopes to be in
a position to announce the outcome of the discussions with the SRP in the near
future.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
