DEALING IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.63 - 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, the following information is disclosed:

Average selling price : R8.78 per share
Value of transaction : R13 400 578.76
Nature of interest : Indirect beneficial
Nature of transaction : Sale of shares
Partial sell off by a family trust, of which Mr Honneysett is a trustee, to
extinguish debt, which arose as a result of the conversion into shares in 2001,
of the debentures held by the trust.
Prior written approval in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Securities Exchange
South Africa Listings Requirements has been obtained.
Mr Honneysett remains firmly committed to the group, and has only sold these
shares to meet personal debt obligations. Following this sale of shares, Mr
Honneysett still has the following shareholding of New Clicks ordinary shares:

Direct 5 280
Indirect 736 000
Total 1 442 805
Mr Honneysett also has 5 700 000 options in terms of the employee share
incentive scheme.
