APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
Listings Requirements, in respect of a change to the Board of Directors of a
listed company, notification is given that Mr Michael John Potts and Mr Gerhard
van Zyl have been appointed as directors to the board, with immediate effect.
Mr Potts has approximately four years experience in the property industry and
was an independent advisor to the Bridge Capital Group specialising in property
transactions, property portfolio assembly, financial structuring and capital
raising. He is currently financial director of Vukile Property Fund Limited
(`Vukile`).
Mr van Zyl has approximately 14 years experience in the property industry and
was the president of SAPOA during 2003. Between 1999 and 2003 he acted as
Regional General Manager and later Managing Director of Gensec Property Services
(Proprietary) Limited. He is currently managing director of Vukile.
