TRADING UPDATE AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
DigiCore hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the
headline earnings per share for the six months ended 31 December 2004 will be
30% to 50% above the comparable headline earnings per share for the six months
ended 31 December 2003. This financial information has not been reviewed and
reported on by the auditors of DigiCore. The results for the six months ended 31
December 2004 are expected to be published on or about 1 March 2005.
Furthermore shareholders are advised that the discussions, referred to in the
cautionary announcements dated 15 November 2004 and 23 December 2004, have been
terminated. Shareholders are therefore advised that caution is no longer
required when dealing in their DigiCore shares and the cautionary announcement
is hereby withdrawn.
