Changes to the Board
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Mvelaphanda
Resources announces that Richard Shead has resigned as non-executive director,
effective 1 February 2005.
As previously announced on 15 December 2004,
Nthobi Angel has resigned as CEO of Mvelaphanda Resources Limited, but will
remain a non-executive director on the Mvelaphanda Resources Limited board.
The board of Mvelaphanda Resources would like to thank Mr Shead for his past
contribution to the company.
