RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all of the special and ordinary resolutions
proposed in the notice to shareholders incorporated in the Notice to
Shareholders, dated 8 December 2004, were passed by the requisite majority at
the annual general meeting of the Company held at 10:00 on Wednesday, 2 February
2005, other than ordinary resolution number 6 relating to the authorisation of
the directors to issue shares for cash, which was withdrawn at the meeting.
