DEALING IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR
Subsequent to the dealing in securities announced on 31 January 2005, in terms
of paragraph 3.63 - 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities
Exchange South Africa, the following information is disclosed:
Name of director : Mr Trevor Colin Honneysett
Director of : New Clicks Holdings Limited
Date of transaction : 31 January 2005
Number of shares sold : 736 000
Class of security : Ordinary shares
Average selling price : R8.70 per share
Value of transaction : R6 403 328.90
Nature of interest : Indirect beneficial
Nature of transaction : Sale of shares
Final sell off by a family trust, of which Mr Honneysett is a trustee, to fully
extinguish debt, part of which arose as a result of the conversion into shares
in 2001, of the debentures held by the trust.
Prior written approval in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Securities Exchange
South Africa Listings Requirements has been obtained.
As stated in the previous announcement, Mr Honneysett remains firmly committed
to the group, and has only sold these shares to meet personal debt obligations.
Following this sale of shares, Mr Honneysett still has the following
shareholding of New Clicks ordinary shares:
Held through share trust 701 525
Direct 5 280
Total 706 805
Mr Honneysett also has 5 700 000 options in terms of the employee share
incentive scheme.
