FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE PRELIMINARY RESULTS PUBLISHED ON 27 JANUARY 2005
Shareholders are referred to the preliminary results published on 27 January
2005. In the report, under the heading `Selected Statistics`, the average
vermiculite prices realised per tonne are disclosed as R978 (2004) and R1 087
(2003) respectively. The Company would like to clarify that the disclosed
figures are for local sales only, and do not reflect the consolidated average
prices. The consolidated average prices realized per tonne were R1 378 in 2004
compared to R1 429 in 2003.
