RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Cashbuild shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Cashbuild
held at the company`s offices today, the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution approving:
* an increase of the loan to the Cashbuild Empowerment Trust;
* a specific issue of shares for cash; and
* amendments to the Cashbuild Empowerment Trust
were passed by the requisite majority of Cashbuild shareholders present at the
general meeting or represented by proxy thereat.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
