Africa Limited.

Notes:
1. These dates and times are subject to amendment. Any amendments to the dates
and times will be announced on the Securities Exchange News Service and

2. Share certificates in the name of Ispat Iscor Limited may not be
dematerialised or rematerialised after Friday, 11 March 2005.
3. Ispat Iscor shareholders who surrender their existing documents of title
after the record date, will have their new share certificates mailed within five
business days of receipt thereof by the transfer secretaries, by registered
post, at the risk of the shareholder concerned.
