that Fintique III BVI Limited (`Fintique`), an Investec leveraged equity plan,
disposed of 107,573 Investec plc ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each (`Ordinary
Shares`), being 0.15% of the issued Ordinary Shares of the Company on 3rd
February 2005.
