In compliance with the requirements of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, Altron herewith advises that following the resignation of Sandi
Linford, Altron Management Services (Proprietary) Limited, the appointed
statutory secretaries of Altron, has appointed Mr. Andrew Johnston to the
position of Altron Group Secretary with effect from 15 February 2005.
