INTERIM DIVIDEND TIMETABLE
The Board of Aquarius Platinum has declared an interim dividend for the six
months ended 31 December 2004 of 3 US cents per share.
The dividend timetable is as follows:-

SA, UK and Australia Wednesday 23 February 2005
`Ex div` date
SA, UK and Australia Thursday 24 February 2005
Dividend record date Wednesday 2 March 2005 (close of business)
Dividend payment date Wednesday 23 March 2005
The South African branch register will be closed for the purposes of
dematerialisation, rematerialisation and transfers to and from the South African
register to the UK and Australian registers from Thursday 24 February 2005 to
Wednesday 2 March 2005, both dates inclusive.
The dividend will be paid :-
In Rand to shareholders on the SA branch register calculated at the Rand to US
dollar exchange rate at the close of business on Tuesday 15 February 2005 and
announced on SENS on Wednesday 16 February 2005.
